REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as certain aquaculture products (biological feed additives, probiotics, etc.) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Submit a Refund Request:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@amexbiotech.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos.

Return Authorization:

  • If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
  • Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation to avoid delays in processing your refund.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  • You will be notified via email about the status of your refund request within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please:
    1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Products:
